We have a new registration form and player identification card that we will start using starting with the Torneo De Copa (League Cup). With the new player card we will need to take each player’s picture and the player must sign the player card on the spot.

Each age bracket will be easily identified in the card with a color bar.

To make it easier and faster we are asking Coaches and Team Managers to have all paperwork ready (new registration form, school ID, copy of birth certificate (original for new players to our league)) and call our league office or send us an email to info@californiainlandsoccer.com to make an appointment so we can process your team.

We ask that if at all possible you can send the information needed to print the player card; last name, first name, DOB and Age Division that the player will be registered with along with the team name ahead of time, this way, we can have all the information ready so that we only need to take pictures and capture signatures on that day.
